Warnes Contemporary, located in Brooklyn’s vibrant Gowanus neighborhood, is a dynamic space dedicated to supporting emerging artists and amplifying new voices in contemporary art.

Founded in 2023 by Victoria J. Fry, the gallery presents innovative exhibitions that reflect the ever-evolving landscape of contemporary art. With a focus on artistic growth and community engagement, Warnes Contemporary fosters an environment where artists can cultivate meaningful connections and share their work with a wider audience.

Since its opening, the gallery has showcased a range of artists in both solo and group exhibitions, including Delta Daydreams, featuring Mel Reese, and What Is, What Was, What Could Be, featuring Mayowa Nwadike. Group exhibitions such as Reflections of Us and Eternal Cycles have presented work by artists from New York City and beyond.

Currently on view, All’s Fair is a solo exhibition featuring a new series by figurative painter Emma Hapner, on display through March 30, 2025.

Moving forward, Warnes Contemporary remains committed to providing opportunities for artists to engage with the community through compelling exhibitions and educational programming.
